Tina Blair
Prior to embarking on her career as a lawyer, Tina Blair worked in the legal services industry from a very young age and has a combined experience of over eighteen years in the legal field; Over that time, she has developed many attributes which helped her to become the successful lawyer she is today.
Tina is a graduate of the University of Westminster where she earned her LLB (Hons). She was called to both the Ontario Bar and the Alberta Bar in 2018. Tina is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association, South Asian Bar Association, Women’s Law Association of Ontario, The Advocates Society, Toronto Lawyers Association, Christian Legal Fellowship & Bruce Law Association.
Tina moved from Toronto and has been living in Saugeen Shores with her husband since January 2019 and recently opened her own boutique law firm– focusing primarily in the areas of Real Estate, Wills, Estate and Corporate law.
Alex
Despite graduating with a double major in biochemistry and human biology from the University of Toronto in 2021, Alex’s true passion is researching how to implement blockchain technologies to solve real-world problems with over 5 years of professional blockchain experience.
He has leveraged his knowledge in this field by working in investment banking & venture capital as their blockchain expert. There, he gained invaluable business development experience by working with many early-stage companies, including several blockchain based start-ups. He also helped to build a successful, commercially scaled, Bitcoin mining venture as well as managed its operation.
He currently leads Growth and Business Development at DeGate, which is a decentralized exchange built on the Ethereum network. During his leadership at DeGate, total users of the platform grew from <400 to over 11,800 (As of 12/02/2024) and the total volume traded on the platform increased from <100 million USD to over 3 billion USD (As of 12/02/2024).
His goal is to combine his passions for blockchain technology and the law, aspiring to establish Blair Law Firm as the go-to blockchain legal experts once he completes law school and obtains his license.
Karanvir Bhangu
Karanvir completed his undergraduate degree in Law & Society (Hons) from York University before embarking to England, in which he earned his LL.B. at the University of Sussex. After completing his degree, Karanvir was called to the Ontario Bar in 2022 and has since been practicing in the legal field as a Real Estate Lawyer for over 3 years. Continuing to grow and expand, Karanvir is delving into the practice of Wills and Estate while continuing to practice Real Estate at Blair Law Firm.
Outside of work, Karanvir enjoys playing hockey, traveling and is avid photographer. He loves to spend time with his family and goldendoodle, Rex.
